Temperature Measurement System

This experiment used a thermistor that change resistance with the temperature.
Prelab:
We first calculated the values of R for the temperature between 25°C and 37°C,and voltage out(Vout) value increases by a minimum of 0.5V. The value calculated for R is between 5727ohms to 9000ohms. The resistor that we have in the lab that is between the calculated value is 8200ohms.
From the graph Temperature vs Resistance:
11000ohms @ 25°C
7000ohms @ 37°C
Lab:
First check the resistance value of the given resistor. R = 7.98Kohms
We also check if the thermistor is working by changing its temperature from room temperature to normal body temperature. The value of thermistor's resistance is inversely proportional to temperature.

The bread board setup
Then we measured the voltage in room temperature to normal body temperature.
Intial Voltage - 2.18V
Final Voltage - 2.74V
Output Voltage increase - 0.58V
The Output voltage is close to the desire value of 0.5V over the temperature range of 25 to 37 degree C.
